TERMS & POLICIES

Orders - Orders may be placed online through the company website, by email, by phone, or by fax. Purchases may be paid for by credit card or PayPal. Your account will not be charged until the order is shipped.

Shipping Fees- All shipping is included in the price of the products ordered. There are no shipping or handling costs. The standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground. If faster shipping is required, then the customer will be charged the cost of special shipping. Free shipping is limited to continental U.S. only.

Warranty - The Warranty provided on all goods is the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any issues or problems with any product purchased from Performance Injection must be resolved between the purchaser and the manufacturer. No product is to be returned to Performance Injection. If a product is to be returned for any reason, you must contact the manufacturer directly and receive a Returned Goods Authorization number. This number must be marked on the outside of the package. Note that if a refund is to be made for any reason, the product will have to be returned to the manufacturer but the actual refund will be made by Performance Injection. Whether or not a refund will be made is solely up to the judgement of the manufacturer, not Performance Injection.

Shipping Notification - Once your order has been shipped you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you. The tracking information typically will provide you with a projected delivery date.
